Our Rigid Thermofoil (RTF) door and drawer fronts are manufactured in our Charles City, Virginia factory. Our one piece door and drawer fronts are constructed using the highest quality Rigid Vinyl adhered to Ultra Density Fiber board. This process is completed using state of the art machinery. We also offer a five piece constructed door consisting of a Thermofoil wrapped molding with a beaded or flat center panel. All our door and drawer fronts are manufactured to custom size specifications to meet and exceed our customer’s needs. All are quality inspected at each stage of the manufacturing process, including a final quality inspection prior to packaging.
